Many hands, one heart-building beauty in unity for Corpus Christi
On Saturday the 21st, a group of young girls were invited to participate in a one-night stay-in program to help with the preparation of the flower carpet for the Reposoir. Ten of them joined us and were very happy to lend a hand with various tasks and in offering their service. Some shared that it was their first time taking part in such an event.
In the evening, we, the community sisters, had dinner with them. Afterward, we all prayed the Rosary together in our large chapel, followed by night prayer.
The next day, Sunday, the girls gave the final touches to the flower carpet and also decorated the hallway for the procession. The Feast of Corpus Christi Mass was celebrated by our Bishop, Napoleon Balili Sipalay, Jr., O.P., who presided over the Mass at 10 a.m., together with Fr. Tristan from our parish in saragossa.
